Absolver Bolt Pistol Assembly Instructions
Thankyou for purchasing your replica kit from Reworkshop Props.
Your kit is printed in PLA Plus and will require some preparation, assembly and painting.
Our FDM 3D printers are some of the best machines available and we use top quality filaments and advanced settings to produce great looking prints straight off the build plate. however, as with all FDM printed products some preparation of the parts will be required before assembly.
We recommend sanding your individual parts with a 120 grit paper and then 2 x coats of filler primer to achieve the best results and remove any layer lines.
We quality inspect all parts before shipping but some support material may need removing and dovetail joints may need additional sanding for smooth assembly.
We recommend using a super glue for assembly.

Your Absolver Bolt Pistol comes in 12 parts these are listed below. For best results we recommend painting your bolter in its component pieces before assembly.
A. Main body part 1
B. Main body part 2
C. Trigger
D. Grip
E. Grip base
F. Magazine
G. Barrel
H. Sight
I. Top cowl
J. Bottom cowl
K. Dial
L. Winged skulls x 2

Step 1
The main body is made of two sections, parts A and B these slide together using a dovetail joint, ensure this joint slides smoothly by sanding the joint if necessary before adding glue to make the joint permanent.
Step 2
Add the trigger (part C) to the main body by sliding it into the channel from the rear of the main body, don't force it, give the joining surface a gentle sand if its a tight fit, glue can be added to the joining surface.
Step 3
The Grip (part D) is fitted in the same way as the trigger.
Step 4
Add the Grip Base (part E) to the end of the Grip it is shaped to only fit the correct way around glue this in place.
Step 5
The Magazine (part F) simply slides into its receiver under the main body glue can be added to fix it in place however it is a fairly tight friction fit.
Step 6
The Barrel (part G) can now be glued into its recess, ensure you line up the circular cut outs as above at 90 degrees to the main body.
Step 7
The Sight (part H) can now be glued into its recess.
Step 8
The Top Cowl (part I) is slid onto channels on either side of the main body, from front to back, it will need to be flexed slightly over the magazine erection button and has a firm click once in place. This part doesn't necessarily need glue, but glue can be added to the channels to fix it permanently.
Step 9
The Bottom Cowl (part J) will need to be glued in place ensure it is lined up at the front with the top cowl and apply glue to the surfaces that make contact with the main body.
Step 10
Glue the Dial (part K) to the main body in the round recess just above the trigger.
Step 11
Attach the Winged Skulls (part L) to either side of the bolter with glue as in the picture above ensure the skulls are facing forward.
